‘Cajun’ is a word distorted by the English that comes from ‘Cadien’, referring to descendants of the Acadians and therefore the geographical area of origin of this recipe.

This mix has the advantage of being free from added salt. Blend of herbs (24%) and spices (76%).
Ingredients: thyme, red onion, garlic, mild chilli pepper, oregano, black pepper, MUSTARD, hot chilli pepper, cumin.

For the pot: Traces of sesame seeds and celery.
For the packet: Traces of sesame seeds, celery and gluten.

USE IN COOKING

This mix was created to offer you a ready-made, easy-to-use product. Our Cajun mix is delicious and perfectly spiced. It is often used simply to enhance the flavour of your dishes.

It goes very well with many dishes, especially those made with crustaceans, fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, potatoes and sauces. The flavours of Cajun spices are brought out by cooking in a wok and used in grilled dishes, marinades and stock.

Tip: it’s best to sprinkle this mix on before cooking. If you like things spicy, you can eat it raw!
