PRODUCT FEATURES

A signature dish in North African cuisines, tagine originally referred to the North African meal cooked in a terracotta dish with a conical lid. It is usually cooked with chicken or lamb.

Tagine spice mix.
Ingredients: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, mace, onion, coriander, white pepper, nutmeg, cardamom, sweet pepper, clove.

For the packet: Traces of sesame seeds, mustard, celery and gluten.
For the bottle: Traces of sesame seeds, mustard and celery.

USE IN COOKING

Tagine spices were created to offer you a ready-made blend of spices for tagines (for example, chicken tagine). The product can also be used to season couscous. Our tagine spices will give all your dishes a typically Moroccan flavour.

Tagine spices are added during cooking and are easy to use.

Recommended amount: 1tsp per person.
